Are you an Account Director looking for a different agency environment, or a Senior Account Manager from a healthcare agency looking to progress?

We currently have some fantastic opportunities for medical communications Account Directors to join our client’s expanding team.

This agency has grown considerably in the last 18 months, and have partnered with some very exciting new accounts across a wide range of therapy areas with some of the largest pharma companies in the world.

As well as having the opportunity to work with a team that is as expert as it is friendly, you will also be able to collaborate with those leading pharma companies and prominent healthcare professionals to improve patient’s lives’.

Role Requirements

As an Account Director, you will lead a set of accounts, ensuring they are growing and profitable. You will be client focused and proactive, supporting business development by winning new accounts and building client relationships.

At this agency theirr culture is built around the team, so a proven ability in leadership and building team cohesion is essential.

You will line manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional programmes on time and on budget, ensuring the agency maintain their reputation for excellent medical education that emphasises clinically relevant thinking.

Person Specifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher (life sciences or similar)

– At least 4 years’ experience of medical communications or a related healthcare agency discipline

– Proven team leadership ability

– A passion for digital communications and medicine

– You will share our core values of ambition, accountability, collaboration, agility and quality
