The hiring process is tedious, time-consuming, and expensive. Even as we talk about how AI will impact the HR industry, you will be surprised that some companies have started enjoying its benefits. How is this possible? These companies are using AI-powered tools to improve their system of hiring.  

Textio uses AI technology to assist hiring departments to create compelling job descriptions to attract the prospect employee. The company uses AI tools to improve previous job postings. Through such AI tools, the company fixes issues of wording, grammar, content, and format.
