Zenopa wins ‘Great Place to Work 2014’ for a second year running

Zenopa has been recognised for the second year running as a ‘Great Place to Work’ achieving 23^rd place in the ‘Best Small Workplaces 2014’.

“Only 10 companies from last year’s top 25 were awarded the ‘Best Small Workplaces’ again this year, so it’s yet another fantastic achievement for Zenopa. It demonstrates that Zenopa recognises the importance of creating the right work place culture to attract and retain our staff”, says Mark Denton, Managing Director.

The Great Place to Work® Institute defines a great workplace as a place where you achieve organisational objectives with employees, who give their personal best and work together as a team or family, all in an environment of trust.’

The Great Place to Work® assesses each awarded company using two methods; an employee survey – the Trust Index© Employee Survey – and a management questionnaire – the Culture Audit© Questionnaire. The overall scores from these two evaluations determine whether or not a company is a ‘great workplace’.

Zenopa still strive to improve further and will be taking part in the Great Place to Work Programme in 2015.
