Katie has been working closely with Kealey to understand the business needs and came together to create market insights which enabled them to review internally ways they can improve their offerings to attract the right talent.
During the recruitment process, Katie presented a variety of profiles stemming from the clean air space pace and general lab equipment industry as field service engineers and consulted CAS with how these profiles could suit their business to meet their plans.
Katie has also given market insights to ensure that the business is aligned with the industry and ensuring that CAS attract the right talent for their needs.

For this recruitment project, Zenopa supported CAS to hire 3 new Engineers, all a cultural match for the business. They have come from a range of backgrounds- from clean air to general lab equipment.
During the process Katie mapped the entire market and provided a longlist with all the candidates that were availiable for each vacancy that Zenopa covered. In total, the Zenopa team looked through 642 candidates and Katie sent 11 candidates across the 3 vacancies to CAS, resulting in 3 additional hires over the past 2 years in the service engineering division.
These hires had an average 23 working days from brief to candidate acceptance.
