Nurse Advisor
Role Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a Nurse Advisor based along the M62 corridor to offer clinical and commercial support to their customers and patients in the Continence Care division. Your role will include offering support pre and post-sale by demonstrating to customers how the products work and how they will benefit their customers. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the incontinence management product range.

Role Requirements
To provide Clinical and Commercial support to customers
To report back to National Sales Manager on territory activity and market intelligence per Channel
Share best practice with colleagues in order to support a uniform approach to the market.
Ensure calendars are up to date in advance with all key appointments, meetings, training session, speculative calls, annual leave, etc.
Actively participate in sales meetings, 1-1 and territory meetings.
Attend the QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and Annual Review meetings with the Account Manager for each NHS Customer and if applicable other channels.
Provide a Quarterly report of all the training, education and visits carried out on behalf of the Customers(s).
To support customers with the provision and interpretation of product information and technical data to deliver best practice for users and cost effectiveness for the customers
To maintain up to date knowledge of the management of incontinence through in-house training, external training and links to professional bodies e.g., ACA or equivalent
Person Specifications
Educational requirement:
Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent qualification
*The promotion of Continence and the Management of incontinence course or equivalent
*Further Adult education training and education certificate or equivalent
Experience requirement:
2 to 5 Years post registration experience in Primary Care, Secondary Care or Tertiary/ Private Care
Urology or continence experience
A comprehensive understanding of the NHS/Health Boards
2+ years working within a Commercial environment
*Not essential but preferred
