· Understanding communications needs of senior clients operating within European and global private and public sector businesses
· Help professionally develop other members of the team, act as a team coach, mentor and motivator to the team, creating a high-performance culture.
· Encourage and demonstrate collaborative working across our global network as well as with our behavioural science, internal and creative studio

We are looking for are looking for a driven and ambitious Account Director to join a collaborative, talented PR agency.
This role comes with opportunities to broaden skills working with experienced colleagues in behavioural science, content production, internal comms, crisis and corporate, so it is important that we find someone who is keen to contribute and who has digital and media capabilities.
An understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare areas are essential along with any global or UK expertise and agency side experience for this opportunity to join a collaborative team who seek to build each other up and deliver cutting edge creativity and excellence for some of the sector’s most interesting clients.
Our client apply patient insight to help healthcare organisations and brands develop and tell powerful stories to improve understanding and access to innovation in healthcare, they hope that by shaping stories and building alliances they can improve healthcare outcomes.
Person Specifications
The ideal candidate will be someone who appreciates creativity, loves to learn and have comms agency experience across areas such as product communications, tech or medical devices, advocacy, disease awareness, consumer health communications, media, data and digital campaign implementation. The successful candidate will play an integral role in devising and implementing UK, EU and global plans for clients and new business working across a number of therapeutic areas.
There is a variety of therapy areas that they work on including: infectious diseases, cancer, advocacy and mental health as well as a Consumer Health account too.
