3 Monkeys wins brief with Shooting Star Chase

7th May 2013

3 Monkeys Communications has been hired by children's hospice care provider Shooting Star Chase to help raise awareness of the services the organisation provides.

The agency will be tasked with helping to position the charity as a global centre of excellence in palliative care for children, which will make it easier for Shooting Star Chase to raise the 23,000 pounds of funding it requires each day to operate.

Juliette Gillard, head of communications and marketing at Shooting Star Chase, said: "Children's hospice care can have many misconceptions and we are keen to start building awareness and understanding of the vital work we do."

This is the first win for 3 Monkeys' new dedicated health and wellness practice, which was officially launched last month.

Healthcare communications specialist Dr Martin Godfrey has been hired to head up the new division, alongside 3 Monkeys' joint consumer head Anna Speight and an initial team of four staff.

Shooting Star Chase joins pharmaceutical company Novartis in the agency's growing health and wellness portfolio.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801581676-ADNFCR
