3 Monkeys wins UK brief with Trend Micro

3 Monkeys Communications has been tasked with raising the profile and bolstering the reputation of Trend Micro, a leading provider of cloud security systems.

The agency will handle corporate and enterprise PR for Trend Micro and will be aiming to position the technology firm as being more than just an antivirus security brand by highlighting the evolving nature of its business.

Integrated business campaigns will be created for the UK and other European markets to mark Trend Micro's 25th anniversary.

The new contract win bolsters 3 Monkeys' technology sector portfolio, which already includes companies such as Rackspace, Xirrus and Getronics.

Chris Hayward, European marketing director at Trend Micro, said: "We wanted an agency which could evolve with us and had a proven track record of delivering creative campaigns with a blended approach to social and PR."
