3M’s MPro110 pocket projector has been described as "an amazing technical achievement" by a reviews website.

The microprojector, which was noted as being "about the size of a late 90s mobile phone" by Gadling, connects to most digital video devices in order to project photos, videos and files using light emitting diode illumination.

While the product "excels" when used for entertainment, the reviewer also highlighted its advantages for business use, people in science sales jobs may be interested to know. An hour-long presentation can be achieved with the internal lithium-ion battery – but 3M has pointed out the MPro110 can also be plugged into a wall outlet.

In addition, it can be attached to a laptop or other devices with a VGA plug by the cable contained with the projector.

Also in the news recently, 3M’s tactile-feedback touch system – called MicroTouch Capacitive TouchSense – was launched at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas last month. ADNFCR-1050-ID-18955039-ADNFCR
