3M introduces new range of in-pocket projectors

3M – a diversified technology company – has launched a new range of pocket projectors on to the healthcare market.

The new next-generation range of feature-rich, ultra-portable MPro Pocket Projectors are small enough to fit in pockets and are designed to be used by people of all professions who wish to share information while mobile.

Marking the first product to launch from the range – the MPro120 – 3M outlines its ability to project images from 8 inches up to 50 inches on any flat surface.

Additionally, its enhanced battery life allows for a continuous viewing time of between two and four hours without requiring mains charging.

Nick Hughes, marketing manager for the 3M projection systems division, stated: "Our new era MPro120 Pocket Projector has been designed with evolving customer needs and usage behaviours in mind. Watch this space for further exciting developments of our pocket projection range."

The MPro120 Pocket Projector follows the launch of 3M’s Littmann Electronic Stethoscope Model 3200, for which it designed technology applications alongside Zargis Medical.
