3M teams with Spandex on Architectural Markets project

3M has announced Spandex, trade supplier to the sign making and display industry, as its master distributor for the company's Architectural Markets.

This is a division specialising in innovative surface finishes that aim to transform interior and exterior spaces.  

The announcement builds on Spandex's long-standing relationship as one of 3M's distributors for its window films products, including the Fasara Glass Finishes, Dichroic Glass Finishes and DI-NOC Architectural Finishes.

Spandex's appointment means the company will be able to offer the highest product availability and service levels, said Leon Watson, general manager of the master distributor. 

He added: "The arrangement presents the opportunity to identify new customers and new markets that we are not currently serving, thereby improving access to 3M's architectural finishes portfolio in the UK with dedicated local advice and guidance."

Now, Spandex will work alongside existing sign makers, graphics producers, shopfitters and interior designers in an effort to provide a nationwide network of trained DI-NOC Applicators.
