90TEN Healthcare appoints two new medical education team members
90TEN Healthcare has announced the appointment of Melanie Sobczyk and Mark Lakeram to its medical education team as it seeks to further capitalise on its recent growth.
Ms Sobczyk has been named as an associate director and joins the agency from Chameleon, where she served as group account director. She will oversee the medical education client services team, leveraging her expertise in combining scientific strategy with creative delivery.
Meanwhile, Mr Lakeram has joined 90TEN in the newly-created role of editorial director, and will be tasked with leading and shaping the team responsible for delivering editorial excellence across the consultancy.
The former pharmacist was previously associate editorial director at the Medical Knowledge Group, the medical education division of Hill and Knowlton Strategies.
Alison Doughty, managing director of medical education at 90TEN, said: "Our clients come to us for our scientific expertise and strategic acumen, and both Mark and Melanie have these in spades."
Ms Doughty is herself another recent appointment, having joined the agency from Ketchum to head up the medical education team last month.
