Agilent Technologies ‘recognised with a Reviewers’ Choice Award’

Agilent Technologies has been recognised for the outstanding customer service it offers with a Reviewers' Choice Award from SelectScience, an independent and expert-led scientific review.

The reviewers, which include scientists from around the globe, judged the firm's customer service to be the best in the laboratory sector.

Doug McDougall, Agilent vice-president and general manager of global customer service operations, commented: "Agilent is honoured to be recognised by our customers through SelectScience. It's a validation of our highly trained engineers and the relentless focus we all put on customer service."

He added that his firm believes that this recognition stems from its ability to be a "true partner", as it always strive to put customers first and ensure they are able to focus on producing life-changing products.

Kerry Parker, editor-in-chief of SelectScience, said that the Reviewers' Choice Awards demonstrate the power of impartial reviews and allow scientists to make informed purchasing decisions.

This particular accolade is the newest category to be added to the annual Scientists' Choice Awards.
