Agilent Technologies updates oscilloscope range
Agilent Technologies has announced the launch of six new oscilloscopes that provides an affordable solution for those seeking greater bandwidths.
The company claims the next-generation 1000 Series digital-storage models add to its existing line-up by providing the 60 MHz and 200 MHz compatibility that may otherwise be limited to more expensive devices.
Available with either two or four channels, the range measure five-inches in depth, weigh less than seven pounds and feature LCD display technology that provide a brighter image reproduction than other models in their class.
In addition, Agilent claims the scopes offer up to 20 kpts of memory per channel and display up to 21 automatic measurements at any one time.
Scott Sampl, vice-president and general manager of the firm’s oscilloscope business, said Agilent had attempted to build on the previous successes of its products at a more affordable price.
"The new 1000 Series oscilloscopes offer many of the capabilities we include in our higher-performance scopes at affordable prices," he added.
Agilent also announced this week it would present three technical sessions at the LTE World Summit in Berlin later this month.
