Albion Drive to help launch Nominet Trust social investment project
Albion Drive has won a brief to help carry out the launch of a major new initiative from Nominet Trust, a body dedicated to supporting projects utilising technology to promote social development.
The agency has earned a one-year contract following a three-way pitch to drive awareness of the trust and encourage applications for the new Social Tech, Social Change innovation prize fund, reports Gorkana.
A total of one million pounds has been allocated to the fund, which will help tech entrepreneurs to address the UK's most prominent social issues, with a focus on emerging pre-seed and seed-level startups.
According to Nominet Trust, Albion Drive showed a strong understanding of its objectives and delivered a well-thought-out plan of activity.
Bryce Keane, Albion Drive's founder and director, said: "We're incredibly excited to be working with a prestigious organisation like Nominet Trust … and driving awareness to the organisation and the call for more entrepreneurs to make a difference using technology."
Other organisations with which the agency has worked include Vizeum, Brainient, Code Club, TransferWise and Silicon Valley Comes to the UK.
