ASAP Communications helps Sanofi launch new global campaign
ASAP Communications has been assisting pharmaceutical company Sanofi in the rollout of a major new global branding campaign.
The Empowering Life campaign will be deployed across all of Sanofi’s operations around the world and will focus on the two-word signature, Empowering Life, as well as the simple key phrase "how are you?", reports PRWeek.
Paris-based ASAP Communications has partnered with the French drugmaker to create a flagship piece of video content that will feature on the dedicated website for the campaign, as well as being shared via social media.
This video shows the phrase "how are you?" being asked in various health-related situations, including at a pharmacy, when receiving a vaccine and at a doctor's office. It is spoken in six languages, underlining Sanofi's international reach.
Alexandra Rocca, head of corporate communications at Sanofi, said: "The more global you are, the more simple you have to be in your communications. Perspectives are very different from one country to another. It has to be simple so everyone on Earth can understand what you say."
Sanofi has been without a brand signature for six years, but is launching one now at a time when many healthcare companies are looking to revamp their branding.
