Augur hired to promote AVG’s Innovation Labs

1st March 2016

Augur has been handed a new contract by technology firm AVG, which is seeking to promote the work done by its Innovation Labs.

The UK communications agency has been tasked with helping to drive awareness of the Innovation Labs around the world. The 30-strong Amsterdam-based team operates independently from AVG and is responsible for developing new products.

Currently, its work is focused on projects in areas such as user security, the Internet of Things and media influence. The client's profile fits with Augur's founding strategy of helping potentially unglamorous tech companies spread their message, according to The Holmes Report.

Augur's founder Max Tatton-Brown said: "Every project matters to Augur as much as its clients. The standard we set will drive this agency's future, and great work cultivates more great work."

Established two years ago, Augur has accrued experience of working with companies such as Birdback, BookingBug, Grant Thornton, MyNewsDesk and Notion Capital.

It hired former BBC journalist Sam Golden as its first dedicated strategist last year.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801813757-ADNFCR
