BCF Technology launches canine X-ray positioning guides

23rd August 2017

BCF Technology has announced the launch of a new series of online guides to provide canine vets with assistance on X-ray positioning.

The company has produced easy-to-follow guides that provide practices with an at-a-glance reference to help them consistently obtain the best radiographic views, with separate guides available for hips and elbow radiographs, and for abdominal and thoracic radiographs.

This aligns with the firm's broader commitment to providing ongoing education and training resources for vets, with a wide range of learning materials available on the BCF website to help professionals develop their veterinary ultrasonography and radiography abilities.

Moreover, full small animal and equine positional guides are built into the software of all CR X-ray systems available from BCF.

Kat Evans, BCF's in-house radiographer, said: "At BCF, we understand that capturing a great X-ray isn't just about having the best equipment; good positioning is crucial. These easy-to-use guides will help vets and vet nurses to create the very best radiograph."
