BCF Technology raises money for Children in Need
BCF Technology has been able to raise money for Children in Need by holding a special event at its head office in Livingston this year.
The annual BBC-organised charity drive took place on November 15th this year and to mark the occasion, BCF staff held a special pyjamas and games day at the company headquarters. Employees were encouraged to wear their sleeping clothes to work and take part in a day of fun.
Prizes were awarded to games winners and the worker deemed to have the best pyjamas, while a total of 256 pounds were raised and donated to Children in Need. This money will be used to improve the lives of underprivileged youngsters across the country.
BCF Technology managing director Gavin Mitchell said: "We try and do something for Children in Need every year and we always have great fun doing it. We are more than happy to support our staff in raising money for such a good cause."
Last year, the firm marked the occasion by holding a fancy dress day, which was accompanied by various food-based competitions and baking sales.
