BCF Technology up for CSR prize at Scottish Business Awards

BCF Technology has been nominated for an award recognising its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The veterinary products supplier has been named as a finalist in the CSR category at the 2014 Scottish Business Awards, which take place next month and will highlight how local companies can be a force for change in the country.

BCF has earned recognition for its efforts to foster a positive, inclusive working environment and to help its staff to develop professionally, as well as the various charity events it organises on a regular basis.

It also bases its business model on being responsive to the needs of its customers and developing technology accordingly.

A statement from the company said: "We treat our customers as friends and lifelong partners as we think this is the best way to do business."

This comes after BCF recently announced that it will be sponsoring the 2014 Vet Charity Challenge, which will be held this September, alongside Kruuse and Vetoquinol.
