Beiersdorf announces partnership with Bubbles & Beyond

Beiersdorf has signed a contract with Bubbles & Beyond for a wide-ranging partnership which will see the organisations collaborate to develop gentle skin and hair-cleansing products.

Bubbles & Beyond – which specialises in the development of innovative liquids and foams – will work alongside cosmetics company Beiersdorf to produce an extensive range of cleansing items for those with sensitive skin.

Professor Klaus-Peter Wittern, head of Beiersdorf’s research centre, said that tailoring products to the needs of consumers is part of the company’s “open innovation philosophy”.

“The knowledge and expertise of our more than 450 in-house scientists combined with the flexibility and innovation of a start-up like Bubbles & Beyond provide us with excellent opportunities,” he explained.

Beiersdorf has been working in the field of skincare for 125 years, while Bubbles & Beyond was established in 2006 and develops both industrial and lifestyle cleaning products.
