Bertelsmann Investments Procure EXTEDO

Bertelsmann Investments is procuring the healthcare technology firm EXTEDO from IABG for a substantial eight-figure amount.  

Headquartered in Munich, EXTEDO was established to assist pharmaceutical companies in meeting regulatory obligations throughout the pharmaceutical and healthcare technology lifecycle.  

EXTEDO stands as a significant supplier of regulatory information software services. Its clientele encompasses both industrial partners and governmental bodies.  

EXTEDO is set to become a constituent of Bertelsmann’s next portfolio.  

The head executive of Bertelsmann Investments, Carson Coesfeld, stated, “The potential and synergies we see in conjunction with our portfolio companies Docuvera and ROTE LISTE are extremely promising.”
