Bite appoints head of new Content Lab

Bite has announced the appointment of Rory Woods as the head of its newly-formed Content Lab, which represents an important new component of its service offering.

A former Saatchi art director, Mr Woods has been put in charge of this crucial project, which provides a brand and content marketing offering by combining editorial with creative, design, video and planning specialists.

He can boast experience of working with brands such as Adidas, AMEX, Barbour, Diesel, Samsung and Marks and Spencer, while more recently he worked on developing enterprise and e-commerce platforms for the luxury market.

Other members of the new Content Lab team include Nick Taylor, a digital project manager, and the designer Caterina Bianchini.

Kath Easthope, Bite's managing director, said: "We spent six months hunting for the very best talent to both lead and be part of the Content Lab, because it's a major investment for us."
