Bite Communications wins European brief with Palo Alto

Bite Communications has won a new European comms brief with internet security firm Palo Alto following a competitive pitch.

The agency has been tasked with providing content creation and media outreach services across Europe, as well as localising corporate press announcements and campaigns for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, reports PRWeek.

Palo Alto's former comms partner Waggener Edstrom decided against repitching for the account. Bite will now be responsible for engaging and expanding the client's 16,000-strong customer base.

The security firm has experienced significant growth in the last few months, having purchased Morta Security and Cyvera recently.

Bite's deputy UK managing director Rachel Gilley said Palo Alto is "one of the fastest-growing cyber security players on the global stage", praising it for its "very clear vision for the future".

This comes after the agency won a UK and European PR brief with business technology provider GoDaddy last month.
