Bite Communications wins European brief with Quip

11th February 2014

Bite Communications has been handed a retained European brief with Quip, an innovative word processing app that was launched last year.

Created by ex-Facebook chief technology officer Bret Taylor and founder of Google Suggest Kevin Gibbs, Quip has tasked Bite with positioning the app as an essential tool through a campaign targeting consumer, national and business media.

The agency will promote the app's various functions – which enable collaboration regardless of language, country, screen size or operating system – as well as supporting announcements about new features and customers.

Bite won the contract on the back of its work supporting the launch of Quip on iOS in September 2013 and on Android in December.

Agency director Jon Silk said: "Quip is a truly disruptive player providing a service people immediately love. Once you use Quip you quickly realise the world has moved beyond legacy word processing."

Bite is a leading global communications agency, with more than 300 employees working across 15 offices worldwide.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801692275-ADNFCR
