Boehringer Ingelheim’s Equitop Myoplast to sponsor Liverpool horse show
Boehringer Ingelheim has announced that it will be sponsoring the Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show for the second consecutive year.
The company's Equitop Myoplast supplement, which supports lean muscle growth in horses, will be taking title rights to the Puissance, as well as sponsoring the warm-up arena at the show from December 31st 2016 to January 2nd 2017.
Additionally, a daily Equitop Myoplast Warm-up Workshop will be held throughout the show, featuring some of the biggest names in equestrian sport, to help underline the importance of warming up and the role the supplement can play.
International showjumpers such as Scott Brash, Nicole Pavitt, Trevor Breen, Corinne Collins and William Whitaker are users of the brand, with many of these to be making appearances on the Equitop Myoplast stand throughout the show.
Liz Barrett, equine business manager for Equitop Myoplast at Boehringer Ingelheim, said this sponsorship "is a great fit for our brand, as Equitop Myoplast supports muscle function and warming up well is a critical element of this".
The product is the number one equine supplement sold by veterinary practices and pharmacies in the UK.
