Boots to launch multimedia health campaign with eight new partners
Boots has announced a series of new media partnerships as it looks to launch a new health content campaign.
The high street pharmacist has teamed with eight media partners to advise and support people in beauty, health, optical and pregnancy, with the deals being brokered by the media agency OMD UK, reports Campaign.
Bauer Media, ITV and Time Inc will help Boots to target a younger female audience with inspirational tips and how-to content, while Global, ITV and Trinity Mirror Solutions will work with the brand to produce health content that addresses common concerns.
Meanwhile, News UK will deal with the opticians' side of the campaign and mothers will be targeted through a collaboration with Netmums.
Emma Sergeant, business director at OMD UK, said: "This brand new strategy has been crafted to address the rapidly-expanding and ever-evolving retail, media and consumer landscape."
The overall aim is to position Boots UK as an important partner at every point of the customer journey.
