Brands2Life names deputy managing director of consumer business

Brands2Life has announced the appointment of Katy Stolliday as the new deputy managing director of its consumer business.

In this new role, Ms Stolliday will work with Jodie Simpson – the agency's consumer managing director – to run the 25-strong team, which serves clients such as Virgin Media, Match.com, Groupon and LinkedIn.

This appointment will see her play a key role in the growth of the consumer team through the pursuit of new business, while also being heavily involved in the overall strategy and direction of the team and its function within the wider agency.

Ms Stolliday joins the agency from Unity, where she was instrumental in winning new blue-chip businesses and led several high-profile award-winning campaigns. Prior to Unity, she headed up the lifestyle division at W.

Ms Simpson said: "We're so happy to have attracted such a talent as Katy. She is a highly creative, strategic thinker, with a great deal of big brand experience under her belt so she will be a huge asset to the consumer team."
