Brands2Life to promote OVO Energy’s new Boost device
Brands2Life has been handed a new contract by OVO Energy to support the launch of Boost, a new pay-as-you-go device brand.
The agency will launch an earned media strategy to highlight the benefits of Boost – which gives energy consumers more control over how and when they top up their energy – while tapping into audience insights to truly connect with this audience.
Brands2Life won the contract after a competitive pitch process, during which the agency presented a series of creative executions designed to support the wider marketing campaign, as well as a framework for ongoing consumer communications.
Justin Cockerill, managing director for the Boost brand, said Brands2Life was hired on the basis of its strong understanding of the company's audience, and the robustness of its strategic and creative thinking.
Katy Stolliday, deputy managing director for Brands2Life's consumer division, said: "We had a lot of fun coming up with the right ideas for them and we're working hard to get our activations in place ready for a great launch."
