Cannon Hygiene division ‘striving to fight ID fraud’

Cannon Hygiene division Cannon Confidential has issued a reminder on how important it is for businesses and households to ensure they are doing all they can to prevent themselves from becoming the victims of identity fraud.

To coincide with National Identity Fraud Protection Week, which takes place between October 6th and 12th, the company is recommending that people take the necessary steps and advice to tackle the crime.

Harry Harrison, managing director at the organisation, said: “We ensure every aspect of our work is of the highest standard and have developed many innovative solutions which can be tailored to the client’s specific needs.”

The company removes firms’ documents to its secure disposal facilities, which are monitored by CCTV, before they are shredded, baled and transported to major UK paper manufacturers for recycling.

Cannon Hygiene sees annual turnovers of around £674 million and has more than 50 years of experience in the industry.
