Cannon Hygiene uses female views for new design

27th April 2009

Cannon Hygiene used the views and opinions of women to help design its latest feminine hygiene waste disposal unit, it has stated.

The Cannon Compact contains a unique germicide that works against potentially harmful bacteria and viruses.

Called Activap, it has been proved in investigations to destroy 99.999 per cent of viruses, including HIV, along with Hepatitis B and C.

Available in two standard finishes, the product sits below the toilet bowl and can fit into confined spaces.

Pat Gillingham is the sales director for the company and said the device meets the expectations and demands of the firm’s customers.

“Our aim is to protect the customer, keep the environment a better place for all to enjoy and offer service quality and value,” the representative asserted.

Gillingham added Cannon Hygiene takes pride in the way it continues to evolve, concluding this keeps the firm at the forefront of the market.

Four months ago, the company launched a range of black towels intended for use in beauty salons and spas, which promise to give high resistance to peroxide treatments.
