CCgroup wins brief with fintech company MFS Africa

CCgroup has been handed a new brief with the fast-growing African financial technology company MFS Africa.

The client has selected London-based CCgroup as its agency of record, to lead its marketing communications strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, positioning the firm as a leader in cross-border mobile financial services in sub-Saharan Africa.

Specifically, the agency will seek to enhance CCgroup's corporate profile and increase awareness of the organisation among target audiences, leveraging its considerable experience in the mobile financial services sector and unique knowledge of the market, as well as its strong relationships with key influencers.

MFS Africa operates the MFS Hub, the largest digital payments hub in Africa, which connects more than 120 million mobile wallets across the region – around 75 percent of all wallets in the market.

This allows service providers such as mobile operators, banks, merchants and financial services providers to facilitate transactions across networks, borders and currencies via a single API.
