Ceva Animal Health to host heart failure webinar
Ceva Animal Health has announced plans to offer a free expert-led webinar in December 2012 focusing on the topic of heart failure.
The session will take place on December 6th and will be hosted by Simon Swift, a recognised specialist in veterinary cardiology, reports VetClick.
Lasting 90 minutes, the seminar will offer best practice guidance on the management of heart failure, using real-life case studies to place the topic in an appropriate context.
Dr Swift is the current chairman of the Veterinary Cardiovascular Society and has been in the animal health sector for more than 25 years, as well as boasting experience in lecturing through his work with the University of Liverpool since 2005.
Fraser Broadfoot, small animal product manager at Ceva Animal Health, said: "We think it's important to keep the sessions engaging by working with leading experts and incorporating case studies that provide relevant context for our audience."
This comes after the company introduced a new heart failure therapy for dogs called Cardalis in the UK last month.
