Ceva cardiology webinar series made available on demand
Ceva has announced that its recent series of cardiology webinars are now available to view online on demand.
Each webinar lasts for around 1.5 hours and provides up-to-date information on the management of heart failure, featuring contributions from some of the UK's leading veterinary cardiology specialists.
Topics include cardiac arrhythmias and congenital heart disease in dogs, as well as the management of mitral valve disease. The webinars were initially broadcast live during November and December 2013, and can now be viewed at this website: www.cardaliscpd.co.uk
More than 1,600 veterinary professionals registered to view the seminars on their initial airing, surpassing Ceva's expectations and underlining the strength of demand for high-quality cardiology training resources.
Senior product manager Fraser Broadfoot said: "Ceva remains committed to continue supporting veterinary professionals by carrying out ongoing cardiology seminars, webinars and online CPD programmes."
This comes after the firm published clinical data last month underlining the benefits of spironolactone – one of the active ingredients in its product Cardalis – for the management of heart failure in dogs.
