Ceva launches educational campaign ahead of fireworks season
Ceva Animal Health is launching a new series of educational initiatives to help pet owners to look after their dogs and cats during the party fireworks season.
The company is rolling out a short film on the topic, which is presented by Ceva's veterinary advisor Sarah Endersby and includes hints and tips on adapting a home to offer a safe and calm environment for a pet.
It will also introduce eye-catching Relax and Celebrate marketing materials to reinforce this advice, consisting of an A3 waiting room poster and a handout with a list of top ten tips, as well as client leaflets and stickers.
The campaign will help to promote the use of Ceva's pheromone-based pet behavioural aids Adaptil and Feliway.
Emma Jackson, pheromone product manager at Ceva Animal Health, said: "The new film and marketing materials will provide veterinary practices with a full range of support options throughout the party fireworks season to help educate clients on how to look after their pets."
In addition to these efforts, the company will be hosting an hour-long webinar called Firework Fears and Noise Phobias, which provides animal health professionals with guidance on how to advise pet owners on this topic.
