Clark Health Communications unveils new agency positioning
Clark Health Communications has announced the launch of a new brand positioning focusing on a number of core values.
The new positioning will form the basis of the agency's future approach to programme planning and evaluation for clients, as well as its ongoing training initiatives and the development of future tools and client service offerings.
It centres on three key qualities: building collaboration through its work with clients and partners, inspiring confidence by providing a high standard of service, and delivering meaningful change for businesses, healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
This revamped positioning is the result of a research and development process encompassing client research, internal team questionnaires and workshops, competitor analysis and creative development.
Jeremy Clark, managing director of Clark Health Communications, said: "We simply wanted to capture more clearly and communicate what our clients tell us it is like working with us and also to reflect what the team feels it is like to work at Clark Health Communications."
The agency is hoping its new positioning will help to drive further growth, with the firm having seen considerable success since launching in 2011, including two office moves in the last 12 months.
