Clement Clarke unmasks “ergonomic” nebuliser mouthpiece
Respiratory manufacturer Clement Clark International has launched a new “simplified” mouthpiece to replace two-part mouthpieces in its Lifecare and Medix ranges.
Clement Clarke says The Microneb III mouthpiece is much lighter and easier to hold, while its new design prevents the nebuliser itself from getting in the way.
The company pointed out that the original “T” shaped design will still be available if a filter is need during nebulisation or for inline use.
The Microneb III mouthpiece is the latest offering from the Harlow-based company, which in recent months has released a deskspirometer featuring a USB port so its data can be stored on a computer, as well as a twin-scale peak flow meter for EU compatibility.
Clement Clarke has been in existence since 1917 and it was instrumental in the introduction of the Wright peak flow meter in 1958. The company was incorporated into the Haag-Streit Group 15 years ago.
