CME Medical earns RCN accreditation for fifth straight year
CME Medical has been granted re-accreditation from the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) for its full medical device product training range.
This represents a validation of the expertise and clinical rigour of the company's training courses, which support clinical staff in understanding how to use its entire range of ambulatory pumps safely and effectively.
RCN accreditation has now been achieved for five consecutive years and comes after CME Medical recently became the first infusion product company in the UK to obtain the Skills for Health Quality Mark for its training programmes.
It means customers can be confident the training they receive complies to the highest standards and has gained approval from a number of nationally respected institutions.
John Carrington, managing director of CME Medical, said: "This achievement will provide continued assurance to our current and future customers that safety, through training and innovation, is at the heart of everything we do at CME Medical."
The firm operates the largest cross-functional support team in the UK and Ireland, with more portable infusion products placed in the British Isles than any other company.
