Cuttsy and Cuttsy wins award for CPD standards

4th May 2017

Cuttsy and Cuttsy has won an award from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) for its commitment to high-quality continuous professional development (CPD).

For the second year in a row, the agency has been awarded the gold standard in CPD, and has been selected as one of only 36 agencies to achieve this status following a rigorous evaluation of its investment in its staff.

Each of the more than 300 agencies that are part of the IPA are asked to submit a strategic development plan to apply for gold accreditation, with the feedback received by Cuttsy and Cuttsy this year shown to be the best to date.

The application was praised in terms of its coherence, presentation and the detail it provided on its goals, metrics and supporting testimonials, with the judges describing the submission as "case study material".

Mathew Cutts, founding director of Cuttsy and Cuttsy, said: "I am delighted we have received gold for the second year. It may be a cliche that an agency is only as good as its people, but it's true."
