Cuttsy and Cuttsy wins award for gender diversity and flexible working approach
Cuttsy and Cuttsy has been handed a top employer award from Workingmums.co.uk for the second year running.
The Cambridgeshire-based healthcare communications agency was praised for its outreach work, its approach to attracting talent and its holistic health and wellbeing policies, reports PMLiVE.
Judges also praised the agency's investment in technology that has allowed the agency to enable different ways of working, as well as its dedication to career progression and the quality of its monthly appraisal system.
Mathew Cutts, director of Cuttsy and Cuttsy, said: "For us, the reasons we have won this award are not just 'nice to haves'; they are business-critical in attracting the best talent to the agency, which we are continually looking to improve."
Workingmums.co.uk's Top Employer Awards have been held annually for the last eight years, with the latest ceremony presented at London's Soho Hotel earlier this month, attended by representatives from businesses such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lloyds Banking Group and McDonald's.
