Danone seeks new PR partner for digital initiative

12th November 2012

Healthy foods manufacturer Danone has commenced a new PR agency search ahead of the planned launch of a new healthy living website.

The company, which owns brands such as Activia, Actimel and Evian, is looking for a new media partner to handle the web production brief, as well as working the firm to develop a digital creative strategy, reports Campaign.

Once selected, the chosen agency will be responsible for the design and build of the website, which will aim to encourage young people to eat more healthily, while also promoting Danone's yoghurt-based product ranges.

It is hoped that the latest project will allow Danone to build on its corporate social responsibility credentials while also bolstering its commercial presence.

Currently, the company works with Agency Republic on an extended project basis for the yoghurt products Activia and Shape, as well as the baby brands Aptamil and Cow and Gate.

Its UK subsidiaries include the yoghurt-oriented Danone Ltd, Evian and Volvic producer Danone Waters, Danone Baby Nutrition and the health-focused Nutricia Medical.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801486158-ADNFCR
