Dechra CPD seminars to be hosted by dermatology expert

?Dechra will be hosting a series of free and interactive roadshows that will be hosted by a leading dermatologist to focus on how to help pets with itchy and uncomfortable skin.

Each session will show how to approach and treat a dermatology case and the first three CPD events will be held in Stirling on April 20th, Gatwick on May 11th and Darlington on May 18th.

The expert leading each programme will be Peter Forsythe BVM&S DVD MRCS who is founder of the Dermatology Referral Service, which is based in Glasgow.

Mr Forsythe spent over a decade in general practice before then specialising in veterinary dermatology.

He is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Recognised Specialist and an honorary lecturer at Glasgow University Veterinary School.

Mr Forsythe's main area of interest is in ear and bacterial skin disease, and his presentations will take place at 8pm each evening.

Claire Morgan, Dechra brand manager, said: "Dermatological conditions are regularly presented in practice and cases can be challenging, sometimes even frustrating." This is why Dechra will be running these sessions, to aid the "uncomfortable patient".
