Dentsply Implants looks to bolster market presence

Dentsply Implants is looking to increase its market presence through the launch of new business around the world.

The company made waves in Germany and France with launches in the countries in early January – and it has since expanded to have a presence in all of the major markets across the globe.

Dentsply Implants has been created over the last 12 months after the integration of Astra Tech Dental and Dentsply Friadent and Jim Mosch, executive vice-president of Dentsply International – a manufacturer and distributor of dental and healthcare products – and Group President Dentsply Implants, said: "We have engaged and involved our people from both companies in the integration process and the level of collaboration and commitment has been impressive."

Mr Mosch explained that following all of the hard work involved in establishing Dentsply Implants over the last 12 months, he is very happy with the response of the markets to the company so far.
