Dentsply Sirona launches version 4.5 of CEREC Premium Software

Dentsply Sirona has announced the launch of the latest version of its CEREC Premium Software, introducing a range of new features and functional improvements.

Version 4.5 of the CAD/CAM software allows the CEREC workflow to be integrated with a broad range of indications from the company's inLab solution, while also upgrading the user interface and automating several common processes.

Typical restorations, for example, are now detected automatically, with automated shade detection analysis guaranteeing highly esthetic results. Meanwhile, milling functions have been further optimised to improve the fit, especially for complex restorations.

This update allows CEREC Premium version to be used in even more indications than ever before, including bridge frameworks, abutment bridges and crown copings.
