Digitas Health’s ThinkDigital ‘to examine evolving customer role in health sector’

Digitas Health LifeBrands has announced that its annual ThinkDigital event will be taking place in London on September 23rd 2014.

The latest edition of the conference will be based around the theme of 'Customers in Control', examining how the advent of social media has led to a shift in the balance of power between brands and consumers, reports PMLiVE.

More and more companies are embracing and utilising customer value in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, in order to better understand the customer's mindset and behaviours and ensure they can be reached when they want to be contacted.

Speakers at the event will include Andy Jones, vice-president of pharmaceutical innovations at AstraZeneca, cancer charity Coppafeel's founder Kristin Hallenga and Google director Gayle Tair.
