Elanco to host CPD webinar on canine breathing difficulties
Elanco has announced that a free continuous professional development (CPD) webinar concerning canine respiratory health will be held this month.
The event will take place at 20:00 GMT on February 19th 2014 and will be entitled 'Breathing difficulties in dogs; coughing dyspnoea and tachypnoea'. It will deal with how to take a logical approach to the investigation and management of these conditions in dogs.
It will include a review of the clinical signs to watch out for plus information on varying diagnostic approaches and differential diagnoses, together with guidance on treatment and prevention.
Kate Murphy – a medicine clinician at Bath Veterinary Referrals and past senior clinical fellow in small animal emergency medicine and intensive care at the University of Bristol's Langford Small Animal Hospital – will be hosting the free online session, which counts for a single hour's CPD.
Vets can register for the webinar here.
Animal health professionals can obtain various relevant online resources from Elanco, including its regular dermatology e-newsletter, which began publication last year.
