Emotive launches new graduate training programme
Emotive has announced the launch of a graduate training programme that will provide the agency with a means of cultivating new talent.
The 12-month programme allows graduates to experience multiple aspects of the agency's working processes, working with Emotive's medical, creative, technical, quality assurance and client services teams on live projects.
In doing so, they will be able to build a strong foundation and a well-rounded skillset for themselves that can be utilised at the end of 12 months in a permanent role with Emotive.
Chris Edmonds, managing director of Emotive, said this scheme "allows us to ensure that we are consistently well prepared for further growth and have the best possible people in-house to maintain the delivery of excellence to each and every one of our clients".
The first graduate to join the programme is Imogen Knibbs, who recently graduated from Exeter College in Oxford. She will be working with various departments within Emotive over the next year, leveraging her expertise in cell and systems biology.
