Finn Partners merges London office with Johnson King
Finn Partners has announced that its London office has been merged with tech PR agency Johnson King, which it purchased last year.
Johnson King's staff have moved into Finn Partners' London premises, creating a 25-strong team of PR and social specialists led by Finn Partners European managing partner Chantal Bowman-Boyles.
Meanwhile, Claire Ayles and Flora Haslam from Johnson King have been appointed to oversee the technology practice as managing directors.
The new Finn Partners Ltd business in London will take over all existing client work, including the agency's relationships with cyber security firm Nettitude and language learning software company Rosetta Stone.
Ms Bowman-Boyles said: "This past year we've brought the skills and expertise of our two teams together and are delighted at the growth we've had as an organisation."
It has also been confirmed that Johnson King's offices in France and Germany will now fall under the Finn Partners Ltd name.
