Former Ketchum director launches new agency Shed Communications

19th November 2015

A new consumer and healthcare agency called Shed Communications has been established by Sebastian Stokes, formerly of Ketchum.

The new agency is based in east London and has been launched with a single unnamed client, with Mr Stokes currently the firm's sole staff member, reports PRWeek.

Mr Stokes is a former Ketchum associate director, leaving the agency last month after spending two years in its healthcare practice, working across accounts including the Movember Foundation, PepsiCo, Pfizer and the World Hepatitis Alliance.

Prior to Ketchum, he was previously employed by healthcare PR agency Red Door Unlimited. His aim with Shed is to deliver a more "bespoke, hand-crafted approach" to client problems, he said.

Mr Stokes explained: "We focus on two things, creative and technology. Creative ensures we produce cut-through ideas but technology will always drive engagement in that idea."

The agency founder won the Communique Young Achiever award in 2013 and has worked on a number of prize-winning campaigns over the course of his career.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801806125-ADNFCR
