Four Communications wins Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research brief
Four Communications has been hired to help raise awareness of the fundraising activities of the blood cancer charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
The brief will see the agency working to expand the profile of the charity's various sports events, including the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research Blenheim Palace Triathlon, a London to Paris cycle ride and a London Bikeathon, reports Gorkana.
Four will work to promote these and other sports events in which Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research fundraisers can participate, with the aim of boosting the number of people getting involved and generating more money for the charity.
The PR campaign will be run by Four Sports and Sponsorship, part of the Four Communications Group.
Alun James, UK chief executive officer at Four Communications, said: "We want to raise the profile of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research's key events to ensure that the optimal amount of revenue can be raised to support the charity's driving objective – to beat blood cancer."
Four was founded in 2001 and operates primarily in the UK and Gulf regions. In Britain, it operates offices in London and Cardiff.
